Title: 2012 Calendar is on line!
Date: 29/06/2011

I've just put the course dates online for next season and already the first bookings are coming in!

It looks like the first Off Piste course is already full, and the list of e-mails for other courses is building up fast, I guess a few of you have been waiting for me to get my ass in gear and get these course dates up and running!

I think I have a good spectrum of courses on there for next season, most of the courses run in a progression so if anyone want to do a 2 week session they can progress week by week. In the end I stuck an extra Splitboard touring week in there, just because we had such a good time on this course last year and there are so many places I'd like to go and explore that one week just wasn't going to be enough.

I also put on an extra Off Piste week in March as the first one in january booked up straight away and the Off Piste riding can be great in March with a deep snowbase and constant updates of fresh snow.

My big trip for this season is the Lyngen Alps Splitboard trip. I'm very excited about going back there, last time we hiked with snowshoes and I was breaking trail knee deep all week. With the Splitboards BC access should be a lot easier and so the possibilities will be unlimited! It's quite an expensive trip but the lodgings are 5 star and we have the use of both a van and the Lyngen Lodge boat in order to access some very exciting terrain.

We'll end the season with a Mont Blanc ascent and descent, again a lot of interest in this course which will be 6 days rather than 5 so as to give us a good window of opportunity and a a good training and acclimatisation period.

I hope that you'll find what you're looking for! If you see any obvious errors in there let me know and if you're looking for something not on the calendar this year get in touch so that we can either try to accommodate you whilst we still have flexibility or we can can make plans for the future.

Just to let you know, as quite a few have asked, 2013 will see me run a Heli-Boarding trip to Kamchatka and possibly a January Splitboard trip to Kashmir!

Chile and Greenland are also calling again! How are we going to fit all these thing in?

So much to do, so many spots to ride!!

Ok, you can start to bother Ruth now, the Office is open!!

Neil
